What's your local foreclosure subscription service for the Research Triangle area (wake county), Johnston county areas?

For that reason, I've mostly been doing my research in out-of-state areas like Pittsburgh or The Triangle in North Carolina.Before I go all the way out of state, however, I wanted to see if there were any good investment opportunities in-state.

The Beaumont/Golden Triangle area (about 1 hour east of Houston) is experiencing unbelievable industrial expansion. 

Greater Beaumont area here, known as the Golden Triangle.

I have 14 units back in rural Illinois where the market is nothing like here in the Triangle area.

Remember that you can:Visit the town/city website to see their plans for the futureAttend town/city meetings to influence those plans and get first hand information on what's being planned.I live in the Triangle, NC and wish I had been more involved in the downtown plans of the cities here (Raleigh, Durham, Cary).

Killeen has seen a LOT of growth, and the newer housing and neighborhoods are just fine, in my opinion.Combine that with the fact that the rental market is strong and you can still actually cash flow unlike just about anywhere else in the Texas Triangle, and it's definitely worthy of your consideration in my opinion.

It is a 1,350 sqft 7 room flat in the Dobuce Triangle area.
