They have been incredibly transparent but they are currently deciding on a capital call or selling the property at a major loss (70-80%).

This route is seemingly self-serving but I  intend on being transparent in why they should wholesale rather than sell through an agent.

This could be a game-changer for many investors in Los Angeles and California.

As a lender, it is my firm belief that honesty, transparency and service are the most important factors.
