In the past, I have owned grass huts in South Africa(Never went there) that were purchased for $25 and used at great places such as NYC, San Diego, Key West which including the maintenance fees and trade fee cost us less than $50/nightIf you by low and take the time to work the system, they can be a great value

A pizza hut parent corporate backed has over 10,000 locations etc.Just for everyone's information with triple net restaurants have the shortest survival life cycle out of all the asset types.

Property Managers refusing to do necessary repairs would be like Pizza Hut refusing to sell Pizzas, lol.So with all of that said I figured I'd let all the newbie investors out there see what their Property Managers are dealing with when they field maintenance requests from their tenants.

I had to stack the pallets and shrink wrap all of it, then had to transport the pallets to a Quonset hut steel bldg I erected in my back yard.
