It's probably under $100 to have the drain snaked or water jetted.

Wall paneling is easy to install, low maintenance, and can add a touch of warmth and texture to your space.

There's pretty obvious mold/mildew between the tiles.Would also recommend against a textured finish and extended sill on the window.
