I have referred many deals to many title companies over the years, so I have access to that information, but it is not always easily accessible to everyone (well, before auction.com).On numerous occasions I have been at the courthouse pulling up auction.com on my tablet to check out preliminary title on a property I am considering bidding on. 

My old tablet got smashed and I can't remember the title, or where to get it.

Hey Larry,     How about getting him a tablet or smart phone and have the tenant sign the contract on it in a Google doc, then you sign.

You get to do a demonstration from your tablet / laptop and such.

I've tried on 2 different devices (laptop and tablet) to download the digital version of both J.Scott's books on Rehabs and Rehab estimates.

Just to clarify, the courthouses in the Midwest are not all using stone tablets or scrolls, we can search on line for filings, by name, address, dates, under liens or deed conveyances.

Good Evening Benigno.First I want to congratulate you on wanting to follow your RE dreams/goals as your on the right track.One of the things I really suggest is to just get on your phone or tablet and listen to at least a couple podcasts per day.

Your answer helped me more than you know, I'm a single mom so giving up is not an option, I plan to live on this blog for quite some time, I've already gone through several tablets just taking notes.

@Michael Swan I am having difficulty accessing on my tablet but it appears identical units above 300k or right at for total peaks.
