Brandon and Josh, you guys are doing a great job with the podcast and site, kinda surreal to listen to your voices literally all day and then have you post on my thread.

It just seemed too surreal, I'm taking action and trying to gather information from seasoned professionals.

While this is surreal and obviously very exciting, it really makes me stop and think of how delusional a newer investor/flipper could be if he/she missed out on the Great Recession.  

It was a surreal experience that could’ve been much worse.

:Yeah I suppose the greatest generation thought the same thing about the “ hippy ” generation of the 60’s you understand the greatest generation when you stand on the cliffs were D day took place. and or stand in those Pill Box's It was just surreal to think of those young men storming that beach against those odds.. really puts greatest generation into perspectiveat least it did for my wife and I.  

It's surreal that something like this happened in my backyard.

As an adult, seems kind of surreal that growing up everyone knew Whitey ran stuff in Boston, and it just was that way.
