Hello everybody! Just wanted to introduce myself. I'm 21, have no experience in realty, and will soon be the owner of a single family home that I intend to rent, which also is the motivating factor for me finding BP.com. My goals are simply to gain experience in the field, learn as much as possible, and eventually make money. Thanks for the awesome website/forum!! oh yeah and the podcast is amazing too!
