Well my rental income is in the stock market, and the market is down because Puerto Rico is bankrupt and there is war in the Ukraine, so to take those funds out, I have to sell at a loss.I need to replace the 25 year old roof on my building costing me $7000, but the market is down because an ISIS suicide bomber hit Turkey!!!!!

@Jay Hinrichs Yes, convincing lenders to be aggressive when there were so many Wall St suicides is a tough sell.  

I actually sold a home in south Florida where a woman committed suicide in the home.

Cops show up... they open door letter on table... wallet on table... cops turn say go to your car.. man had committed suicide in the back yard... these are highly emotion charged events with these folks .. working pre foreclosures  or what have you one needs some pretty serious apathy skills..

Top unit on Christmas had a suicide and the unit downstairs was very close with upstairs tenant.
