For me, selling merchandise like coffee mugs, etc. out of the space sounds like a decent bit of effort for what would probably be a negligible return.I manage STR's in Hawaii, so we have a few options many folks don't have, but we are just beginning to try to sell add ons.

Personally if they were polite with good communication and nothing was stolen or damaged.

When he started the b.s. of having put the envelope with the money order into his mailbox and someone obviously having stolen it and now he has to order replacement with money order company, which would take 10 days etc.

Not sure if his list got stolen but the timing seems odd with this thread and all that is being said.

Downside equals Expense and they can be stolen easily.

They signed on anchor store spaces and asked for millions in TI, typically to do modest updates to physical property, a lot of it for merchandise, and rumors are the rest went into Steve's and Barry's pocket.

We have several options to minimize squatters and breakins to steal mechanicals:1) Remove Mechanicals (so can't be stolen), install ArmorGuard doorjamb reinforcement to make it harder to kick in doors and use double-key deadbolts so entry thru a window still doesn't allow opening of a door for greater access.2) Install DAWGS which are metal screens that replace doors and cover windows to deter entry.

Do you say sue, sounds good, I’ll take time off from work to make that happen and hope nothing gets stolen. 

From me they've stolen the honey out of my kitchen, board games, books, puzzles, random silverware, etc.
