You understand some of the basic concepts, but also have some giant holes in your plan.

The concept is simple but the execution is complicated.

The concept makes a lot of sense but paying $700 a month to network is quite the cost/commitment.

This nauseating concept that the President is just a figure head who's supposed to actively run nothing and EVERY federal manager or advisor requires a National vote is REDICULOUS. 

Recently a friend recommended I looked into BiggerPockets as I was telling them about my "concept of a plan" and maybe he could also notice my hesitation.

I shared the concept with all of my friends, and not one of them did it.

These course providers tend to sell their customer base on  unrealistic expectations or teach the most basic of concepts which are easily picked up through a book or merely browsing through these forums.  

I looked at them since I liked the concept.

@Josh Chapman Podio is great to prove out a proof of systems concept, but it doesn't scale well.
