One downside to not having a 20% equity hold, per my attorney in Illinois, in the event we miss a payment (we haven't and hopefully never will) the owner is able to actually use the eviction process rather than a true foreclosure. 

I have never made it to Huston, other than a Concert at Minute Maid Stadium, but Austin, TX was a networking event that stuck with me!

I'll do my best to let them know I'm prepared to sue in the event he keeps ignoring my legal requests.

You can have 2 different "note investing" models that are entirely different sports.

I’ll try and remember to post the location back in this thread, but I’ll definitely make an event here on the BP site once a location has been chosen.

Stop hanging out with your deadbeat buddies who spend all day drinking, talking sports, and otherwise wasting away.

So, depending on the sequence of events that can vary somewhat.

Obviously, things can turn quickly if there is some sort of black swan event (pandemic, war, deep recession, etc.).Hope this helps you guys!
