I spent months spinning my wheels trying to get offers accepted.  

Saying management shouldn't differ based on class of property is like hunting a bear using a fishing rod.

If you want to add as many doors as possible partner, if you want to build capital to reinvest down the rod sell the contracts.

Won't say it never happens, but I think the chances are slim and you can spin a lot of wheels trying to make this happen.
