Does anyone have any experience as a foreigner investing in the US, or can anyone connect me with someone.

Someone out there must study those submarkets pretty heavily and can explain how housing stock has changed or not changed month over month the last few months...I dove into the propaganda video that's making the rounds.

I just received two different verbal offers that I'm willing to accept, but don't want to waste time with someone whose deal may fall through.What are my options to enter into a contract with someone who is qualified?

If you have a 1099 with someone and hire them you should be paying them unless your agreement and contract is with the church. 

Screening tenants is like interviewing someone for a job.

@Angela Hudson if you want to fix/flip find someone local and fund their deal (ie lend).

Once you get done to that level experience really helps, visiting the area or having someone that knows the area, really helps as well.
