Please note, that if the stains are soaked into the shelving, no amount of cleaning will help, it is better to paint them.

Same wall has an exterior defect that allows water to intrude through stucco from below due to no weep screet and soaks the base wood frame.

Amazon has a decent one under Amazon basics brand.but if the wood is soaked / deep you might have to replace it in those spots.
