These are multiple assets of all sorts of things, retail, houses, condos, office. 

That kind of errand is not the sort of thing they are paid to do and our liaison wasn't able to devote enough time to the problem on a daily basis to make it happen which I completely understood but it was still frustrating. 

An umbrella has nothing to do with those circumstances.I think some people hear umbrella and assume it's some sort of magical insurance that will protect them if anything goes wrong. 

Just trying to sort out an assumption so I can plug it into the model I build and calc post-construction LTV and sale assumptions.
