I'm glad you found my second post more helpful.I do sometimes try to be provocative in certain posts to elicit a response that shakes people out of a set thinking pattern. 

I'd definitely shake the wholesaler down, let them know to tap out on it.

It'll be interesting to see how things shake out over the next year or two!

They could demand new client's put there left foot in and shake it all about or "no service for you!".

I would look to house-hack if you are local -or- use this time to build up your financial readiness and see how the next 3-6 months shake out in some of those Midwest markets.

It's really annoying, I just want to shake the person.  :-)In my business life, I search for the right person, not the right gender. 

@Travis TimmonsI feel like there's an entire thread's worth of discussion around buyers who in 2021/2022 said, "I'll wait for it to cool down" and now are shaking their heads in disappointment.

Well, it worked, but only because it was already a smoking deal and I was just trying to shake a few more pennies from the cushion - otherwise, I would have walked and had my agent tell them to sell it to the other offer ;)On the plus side, I now know how this particular agency operates, and I will avoid their listings in the future.
