The court hired a process server to serve tenant, the tenant had 7 days to respond, she did not respond. 3) 7/9/2018 Because notice went uncontested I filed “application for entry of default judgment” 4) 8/13/2018 Default Judgement signed by the Judge.5) 8/21/2018  filed "Writ of Possession" (Min Seven days waiting period after default judgment signed)6) 8/24/2018 Writ of Possession signed by the Judge.

THAT is the point of the article you posted thinking it's proof that email doesn't count...The author even explained it IN the article....The emails were forensically traced on the military servers.

I also was advised to talk to a lawyer about holding the closing company liable as their email servers are rarely as secure as they should be and are targeted as a result by scammers.

Also, it’s very important to use a server for all notices because it’s not considered served unless they actually received it.

It isn’t all 🌽 and beans here, but there’s a thriving millennial market, aided by the population/demand of Drake University, Iowa State University, DMACC, Grand View, and Central College students, insurance market (one of the largest in nation, as seen in population of actuaries here, and Drake churns our pharmacists like no other due to their 6 year program), and the building of Facebook, Apple and Microsoft server centers around here due to nice tax breaks.
