@Reitta Seidel I would submit that it's always a good time to invest, you just have to figure out what the best options are in the given market.We focus on first time home buyers who are less rate sensitive and are more likely to buy in all markets. 

Someone who is sensitive may think it is light bullying but they would be overtly sensitive. 

Securing quick funding is essential for taking advantage of time-sensitive real estate deals.

This has been great as there has been a general decrease in the number of traveling medical professionals in our area, and those travelers have been more price-sensitive than during COVID. 

Fortunately the claim is not for an emergency but it is for an issue that is somewhat time sensitive... 

You should have done a sensitivity test on all of the points above.
