Selfishly, I don't like this idea because finding and getting this deal was a lot of work and it feels like giving too much away to bring a partner in now.

People generally are selfish and value their own time more than others.

Asking them to fund your deal can be uncomfortable until you realize that your deal will make them money and it is selfish of you to withhold that opportunity from the people that you care about. 

If they're unhappy because some other child is being selfish with some of the equipment in the park, it is not the time to distract them with a treat but rather to teach them empathy and how A) some kids don't learn to take turns, and that's an objectively bad thing, and B) why I demand that he takes turns himself rather than hog the favored piece of equipment all to himself. 

So .. no.Anyone doing cold calling is a selfish little douche that cares more about making a paycheck than the amount of people they annoy to get that friggin paycheck.

The only way someone partners... if they selfishly get something out of it. 

Many people will call it selfish but if you are not content with yourself first, outside influences will always have some affect on you.I hope that answers you questions.

That could sound selfish but it is widely understood that the great things that we want to achieve and the number of people that we are aspiring to help will be a challenge if number one is not taken care of.  

The kind of people that work for $15/hr just can't afford to buy a million dollar home or pay the rent that anyone that has a million dollar home in the area is going to be asking for, so those people just don't exist in the area anymore.Obviously selfishly I hope the market will correct via ways other than legislation.
