I built that initial trust with them, I can fly to hawaii trying to scout STRs and still have the team in Angel Fire tell me how my STR is doing, or my team in Dallas let me know how LTRs are doing.

Now that you know what you want to do with your property the First thing you should do is go to Home Depot, Lowe’s etc to scout contractors.

I've been scouting on Zillow for the good deals, but it looks like a good amount of the properties that were recently sold are not showing up on my search.
