Internet data is totally imperfect, but you need to resell the properties you say were profitable.....so we can see you sold them.  

But can the contract/note/agreement have some sort of clauses to  protect the seller stating that Property can no be resell on contract while in subto or something like that?

Depending on your strategy I lean more towards SFH only because duplexes are harder to resell

Regarding resell value, it will depend on the market and if you can find someone willing to purchase for the price you're valuing the park at.

And, like I said it's a really small investor pond out there, so fair chance it's viewed more as a hassle to do anything enforcement to try and resell it. 

Your traditional bank in most instances is going to take the loan and resell it on the secondary market.For House Hacking, my favorite concept is  purchasing a duplex, triplex or quadplex, you accomplish 2 things in 1 step, you get a roof over your head, and at a minimum you get someone else to help pay for your mortgage, and when its time to move out, you already have your 1st investment property under your belt.

That way you at least have full control of the operation and *may* be able to resell the mini home whenever you decide to exit.
