Remember also, that FHA is generally intended for an owner-occupant/primary-residence for at least the first 12 months, but as was discussed above this can be worked around.If a client qualifies for Conventional I almost always advise them to use that product rather than FHA as a general rule - but a lender will have the more relevant, tailored advice.

Remember, for any claim, if you can just find one case where that proposed claim does not work it is enough to prove that claim is false.So consider this.They it was told toy uo by others is inherently flawed simply by this fact:If I give you a list of 18 year old people that don't own a house... and that list is 2000 contacts large, how many deals are you going to make?

Just do your homework (I need to do this way better) and remember most successful investors aim for the 1% and at least 80% rule ARV... if you don't see this in the deal, they agreed to buy it too high or they are making too much profit.
