By mentally rehearsing different scenarios and challenges, you can develop strategies and contingency plans to overcome setbacks.

If you are going to pay that much, find someone local that can show you everything you need in the area you are working in.Second - Most of the Gurus have a slick, well rehearsed pitch.

Before you do though get super prepared with your talking points, have a game plan, rehearse it out with a friend and give it a try.

Anything more structured than that from me would come out as just what it is, a rehearsed speech with prescribed questions for them.

A person can minimize mistakes by properly preparing, paying attention to details, and rehearsing every possible worst case scenario (like you do with attorneys in a negotiation), and asking for help.
