Id like to use floors 2-4 for smaller storage units (5x5, 5x10) but am limited to the size of freight elevator to move storage units to these floors for install.

Maybe if you redefine it as 55+ "sanctuary housing" & it would NOT offend :)We have so many up here that push the 55+ communities on Craigslist etc etc so I fail to see why it's deemed discriminatory??

If a couple hundred does kill you - I'd be freighted if I were you if a couple hundred on a water bill was a big deal - just waiting for that first inevitable call by your tenant in the middle of the night with a $1000+ emergency repair.It will happen. 

Those are $0.99 or whatever and sent to you electronically.Then I use them at Lowes or HD, HD will honor Lowes discount coupons, but apparently not all stores, but most do, you need to ask.Some said Harbor Freight 25% off single item works too at some HD stores, but my HD does not honor those.
