If it is a legal adu you should be able to get a separate meter for the adu, water you connect through the house and you can get a readable meter.

You should consider it, there is a very readable sort of a quality to your writing.

The project is actually performing better than the pro-forma, but the sponsor has an issue with not being able to format their financials into an easily readable summary. 

I think that makes it more readable than more wordy leases.
