I can fund the deal, but it will be a real push with time/energy (this will be my first year owning STRs).

We are now feeling stuck, already pretty far in motion with an expensive build out and also considering how pushing it will effect the relationship with the landlord.  

You need to know the law like the back of your hand, have policies and procedures in place to deal with problems swiftly/accurately/legally every single time, and be prepared to deal with tenants that push back hard or try to take you to court.

If you are out there pushing deals, focus on quality not quantity.

After I was informed this, I pushed the wholesaler hard as their was no contingencies and I was pushed for a 10 day close.

CA is pushing lot subdivisions and you can build up to 2 units per lot.

Northern liberties is pushing west with alot of the new construction happening west of 5th St along with Amazon Grocery coming in soon by 6th & SG. 

Having the neighborhood push back on Airbnb's could entirely change your investing strategy.
