And as far as I'm aware there are no provisions in AL wrt Equitable title rights, but best to check with proficient RE attorney in AL.

I think you're right to look at finding something related to RE so that whatever your side hustle is, gets you closer to your ultimate goal of increasing your proficiency in RE.One thing that I have seen as a good option for those of us with 9-5 jobs is to make cold calls for wholesalers or other Investors.

I have considered doing google adwords instead but I wanted to get some insight from you guys on Facebook ads and maybe get in touch with somebody that is proficient at running REI ads. 

Use your time in school to become proficient at learning and you will always succeed.

Getting proficient at that, we decide to intern with an engineering firm that works with developers.

I am currently interviewing for some jobs in real estate finance area and in as much as I am proficient in exel alot of the companies require proficiency/knowledge of argus and/or dyna.

If you do more than the one a year, I would highly recommend that you contact a lawyer that is proficient in them so as not cross the lines, and you might want to check with an attorney even if you are just doing 1 a year just to be safe.
