What cannot change, is that the mortgage industry and profession is challenging and demanding.

When I invest, I want whoever is running the show to be focused on the investment and managing the company, not on a book tour or teaching people about real estate.What other profession do you see this in?

I've found, in multiple conversations with my CPA, that most people will have a hard time "proving" that they're working the required number of hours in real estate to qualify for REP status.The reasoning being that if you have a full time job that takes 40hrs a week, how many hours a week are you actually able to devote to your "real estate" profession. 

Which seems odd to me that a self-professed "lawyer" would lean so heavily on assumption vs facts. 

If you can find ways to save them money on their taxes, they will help and teach you.Most people looking for mentorship now don't know what value they can offer, but yours is baked into your profession.

My fiance and I have decided to get into wholesaling and fix-n-flips but are new to everything in this profession.
