How to find the right and reliable contractors?

Posted

I have a major project home. So far we never had much issues to get contractors, but in this one out send everyone is turning away from it. They can't seem to be able to see past the other work that needs to get done. I'm looking for some suggestions what you tell contractors when you have a really big job.

We have it broken down to different professions. We did try to get one group to do it all, but they never got back to us with an estimate after visiting the job site.

We are West of Atlanta, and would love some local advice.
