I'm curious to know what staging companies everyone has used for their flips in the Dallas (or Plano - Arlington) area?

I am looking to make my first out of state investment in Wylie, Texas near Dallas/Plano. 

I'm having the shiny object syndrome which I continue to hear of good markets to invest in with good cash flow and potential to appreciate (i.e Plano TX, Milwaukee, Memphis, and a few others.)

I am trying to make my first investment deal in Plano, TX.Does anyone have a recommendation on who I should get insurance through?

I am a newbie here too, from the Plano area. 

Hi All!  I have recently joined BP as a Pro member, and I've really enjoyed seeing the informative posts, and how helpful everyone is.  I'm living in the suburbs of Dallas, and interested in buy and flip, buy and hold...

I assume this is why he is comfortable arguing that the market is declining.The Dallas market in general is at record highs and the majority of homes in the $300's and $400's in Far North Dallas and Plano are on the market for less than  30 days.  

Hello all, I need a contractor, or maybe a carpenter, and a drywaller to install a 4'x2' ish closet with a rounded corner in West Plano close to Legacy and tollway. 

I live in Plano as well.
