You are talking to the wrong mortgage people.  

@TJ Woolum Gobundance has around 900 people, and the other one (War Room) has about 200 people.

There are not too many people who can pay 40K cash to buy a house.

People that are really into coffee (and that's a LOT of people) really appreciate the choices.

Then fix it up and force equity and then refinance it and move in a bunch of people to do a rent by the room model.

Basically, they give people information or access to information and they allow people to learn the information at their own pace or not.
