Combine that with the fact that almost all of them took huge hits with fines & judgments, because of their activities, during the subprime crisis, and you get a perfect storm of myopia and paranoia!

While it is wholly inadequate, all I can say (again, and again.....on behalf of a LOT of people in BP) is Thank You for your time and dedication.I must apologize, my paranoia may have tainted the thread a bit.

., because I definitely sensed a general paranoia among several of these applicants that every landlord is trying to perpetrate a scam of one sort or another on them.

LolI am as conservative as you can be and still allowed to fly in this country but this is paranoia. 

You certainly need to protect yourself, but if it is true paranoia, this probably isn't the area for you to invest in.

And most of their actions fear based (paranoia). 

All paranoia aside, they are not looking for "drugs, weapons, and what ever other illegal activities..."
