Is there a local developer/builder who might be interested in the whole package?

The marketing package that they created is second to none.

I am all for 40k coaching packages if it launch's your career..

They'll typically leave behind mattresses, couches, broken furniture, rotten food, etc.

I do not think they regulate this strictly on other industries like food service, or even medical.Sounds like the mayor or city planner or someone "important" had a bad stay at a STR somewhere.

There is a ring camera system that has a job site security package as well some of my investors use for their projects do not have internet it works off cellular connection. 

When you sign almost all mortgage closing packages, you are signing an Occupancy Clause that states you are intending to live in the home for 12 months.  

Would I be able to sell 10 houses in a package and use that to buy one house?
