When they stop paying you can not collect any money owed and they will milk the system to the limit.

I wouldn't advise someone in Real Estate to milk applications because even if the pulls combine, the underwriters will still see the number of new accounts, and the AAOA (average age of accounts) will decrease significantly with the number of new accounts being established.

Doesn't have to be contractual but can be a casual negotiation, with most wholesalers they know where there numbers are and they're looking to make the profit over 20 deals versus holding onto one property till their contract expires trying to milk it for all its worth.

By accepting rent during an attempted eviction you would be essentially allowing them to stay and nullifying the eviction process.IF your landlord was that stupid, then good for you...the landlord got what he/she deserved.....but they are probably not crying in their milk while sitting in their private jet

Not sure how to offer "fresh" items like milk or bakery muffins if I can't have them in a supply closet for the maids to put out after a cleaning...I am putting a Keurig in and planning to offer a variety of coffee, tea, and hot cocoa pods and some shelf-stable half and half or creamers.

I'm a little nervous about a 1/1 home and septic/well -- I understand that selling, when I choose to, might take a little longer, but, at this point, I think I would just hang on to it as a rental and milk it for the cash flow.

After a year...Moving forward, assuming you want to stay in the Fannie world and milk GSE subsidized financing for as long as possible, don't do partnerships in quite this way.
