I couldn't resist taking these pics as well...the tenants cats had torn down all the curtains & literally shredded the tenants couch but $$$ on-time :) 

I got my start living in a 4 bed, 3 bath house with 8 house mates and 4 dogs, plus there was usually one or two more people on the couch or in their van in the driveway as well.

This includes renting out my couch in my first 1bedroom condo, to renting out the majority of the house I live in currently. 

I don't believe and hope that I can just be sitting on my couch at home and being served the best overseas deal on a plateau.

I’d save the couches for the living room and the extra room if that’s the route you choose to go with and get the most comfortable you can find.

Like couches, chairs, dining, hutches, buffets etc.People sell stuff that is almost new condition for pennies compared to new.

I originally thought I had to occupy one of the rooms (it being owner-occupied), but I've heard people say that they were in the same situation and would just sleep on the couch. 

We also put some gaming chairs and a couch and a table for classic style Families love this set up because they can leave the kids in the game room and then have fun playing on the pool table or other parts of the house that they’re younger children playing in the game room a mini split to help with temperature control and get really cold at night and really hot in the afternoon in the summertime.

My brothers slept on bunks in the living room, which doubled as our couch.
