It’s always fascinating to meet investors, learn about their careers, and hear how they got into real estate.Do you focus solely on STRs?

What are you looking for as far as on investing, what goals do you have and want to meet? 

(I'm an early-riser in Chicagoland, so that's generally my preferred hour for meetings). 

EDUCATE YOURSELF - yes, it will take time, but will lead to a selection that better meets your expectations & avoids potentially costly surprises!

They’re a fantastic way to connect with local investors who can share their experiences and recommend trusted professionals they work with.You’ll likely meet key members of your team at these events, including insurance agents, title companies, lenders, realtors, and even wholesalers.

That will be the best spot to meet an investor friendly agent in person or at least meet other investors in your markets that can help connect you to the right agents.
