Would starting a real estate investment venture hands off using a property management agency be profitable enough to still keep growing in the REI business?

The fix was in, the regulatory agencies turned a blind eye to the theft of person's homes and the financial ruin which resulted.

While this kind of investment might be of interest to someone who "invests" in crypto, I don't see this going mainstream.

A very in trusive law, that doesn't accomplish much exept gives this obscure agency a lot of power.

Most agencies are slow to process paperwork, have a lot of bureaucratic red tape, and it is difficult to get them to respond to inquiries.
