The world of commissions has changed lately and here in Texas they keep us on our toes by rolling out new contract forms monthly.

The majority of the messages are requests for early/late checkout, recommendations, and misc items.  

little late to this party, but brokerage doesn't matter.  

I wish we would have started with that approach originally when we began our journey, but it's never too late to get started.
