Also the fatal flaw with books is they're written at a point in time, which means they are not necessarily related to today.Still can learn a thing or two, but I would resist the urge to follow the book that hard.

I did see on license plate scanner that cars entered street not long after the fed ex vehicle, but it was not close enough in time to be real obvious that they had followed the vehicle.

Playing with payments:Instead of borrowing a $3000.00 amount from our LoC to make a lump-sum payment on our original, amortized loan and then repaying our LoC just in-time to do it all over again, why wouldn't we simply make an additional payment of $304.16 directly onto the original loan?
