The students though, after paying big money to be mentored, do not receive personal "one on one" training anyway, that they thought they were paying for.

They offer weekly training sessions on everything from investing and construction to vendor management, cash management, market analysis, and home underwriting.

My ultimate goal is not using my savings during this process, because I want to train myself from the onset to think creatively and not deplete my reserves instead of finding a better deal or more productive relationship.
