Our area, Destin FL. is somewhat new for AvantStay and they have had some growing pains with their resources in this area, BUT it has not impacted our experience or their quality of service.

Since you have built a lot of them, could you spare 15 min to share your perspective on the main pain points of land discovery?

You won't regret keeping this after 5 years, but you may feel the pain of it the first 5 years. 

Does not capture the pain investors are going through and will continue to suffer.

I'm a licensed lender in Washington (and many other states), I invest as a "side hustle" and grew up in Seattle, so I feel your pain.  

I know wholesalers and EM is not a big issue for them its one of their smallest pain points..

The pain point was that the seller grew up in the home.

What is that pain and suffering worth?  

All of that being said I think you have to get to a place in life where your current situation is more painful than the pain it takes to figure it out.
