I’ve been looking into Vintory's CRM since it’s specifically designed for the STR industry, but I’m also considering HubSpot for broader capabilities (and because it's free for up to 2 users).

If they were so successful in the industry, why would they give all that up to mentor?

Partnering with investors, attending local meetups, and building a strong network would be key steps.

You will at the very least be in an excellent area for growth in just about every industry you can imagine. 

Are you having luck doing new-build single-family infill projects? 

Voice AI is out there and there are impressive demo videos but there’s nothing like a human-to-human trust building conversation.

I love talking about this stuff so much that my kids complain about it constantly, so I thought helping other people understand some of the general contours of the industry from a legal perspective would be a better outlet than lecturing teenagers for a fourth time about what a defeasance is!

Because it's easy to get a license, but it's hard to build a business.Who is going to list their home with a guy who lives in another country?

I also really like the idea of building a brand that you could sell.
