@Mario MoralesI think this is a common question and the value that an agent will bring will vary by individual needs.

The owners of 100+ unit complexes are not individuals who will be swayed to sell by a good offer or the need to cut short term losses.

I manage a few smaller complexes and they are all on individual price schemes though they are usually within a few dollars of each other. 

So I said all of that to say... lol, Yes, I think you can absolutely find a PM that would help answer some questions, and I hope you find some kind individuals. :-) All the best!
