You're picking a great time to start investing, the area is becoming a hot spot for investors. 

It's a small rural area about 3 hours S of Anchorage- not exactly a hot RE market, but we love living here and my husband has a fabulous job with about 12-15 years left in his career. 

I'll admit yes I did, but only in a couple of situations, it is just so tough the way our system is set up....so you can call me a hypocrite if you like.5) And here is an 'outside the box' idea I've had for a while now - everyone says - "we have to let them all in, no one else will do those jobs".

Still not 100% sure what I will do at the end of this (we are a long, long way from the 3.5% rates and hot, hot sellers market of December 2021/Jan 2022 when I started looking into this).
