Have that written in your operating agreement in case you need to present it to the consulate or Homeland Security to prove the passive nature.If that goes well for you, you could maybe look into the E2 visa in the future with some sort of RE business.I see you’re in North Charleston, which is interesting.

We spoke on facebook, I thought depending on the language he spoke that it would be an opportunity to leverage it with that community in LA.Penko is Bulgarian and after talking, he is very excited about the market there and I suggested he perhaps leverage his ability to navigate his homeland and get investors buying properties there.It's not wholesaling, but I'm a big believer in leveraging what you have to your advantage and making that work.
