I guess the idea is to use the equity from one property to purchase the second property, and so on.

Unfortunately, aside from that, it was mostly brag talk about his portfolio, how he was firmly anti-debt, and how much money he had coming to him from his CDs that he was going to use to develop--you would have guessed it--another warehouse.

So, I guess I shouldn't say upfront money...but just some type of profit from the sale.I would love to hear them if you're opening to sharing..

You can ask an attorney about having them on retainer but I'm guessing they would not want that liability either and it might end up being more expensive than just getting your license.

When they don't pay you evict them as a tenant rather than dealing with an ejectment which I guess can involved more nuanced arguments in court. 

There’s not much AirDNA data to go off, so my best guess is it’ll be tied to Savannah seasonality and around ~50-55% occupancy.
