I can make such pages in no time and hide that the website is a free website... 

I feel pretty free to tell someone when I think RE is not the greatest investment.

I purchased my first investment property through an online auction for delinquent property tax.

I have always wrote my own contracts using online templates and I have been asked to write an owner financing contract for someone else.

If it takes a year I am not sure if it's worth it.Thank you No program is worth $10k, everything you need or want to know is available for free already.

Also just look online and steal some ideas...I used to Google Luxury Kitchens and then figure out how to do the same for less $$.You'll be fine with your experience.
