They like their color palettes and vignettes arranged on the fireplace mantle.

I was curious about this particular property because it looked cute and has a fireplace, although it needs a lot of work.

And I liked that you updated the home while keeping the integrity of the cool features like the fireplace.  

I'd move the doorway entrance to the dining room as close to the wall behind the fireplace as possible and also move the entrance into the living room as close to fire place as possible (or eliminate it) This will minimize the impact of the doorways on the kitchen space. 

Original single story home, built 1953, has been totally remodeled with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, wood burning fireplace, covered rear patios & more.

DINING ROOM:  (1) Bone Tile, (2) White Vinyl windows  FAMILY ROOM:  (1) Fireplace which will need to be painted. 

Open floor plan, tall ceilings, gas fireplace and spacious kitchen.

2) The fireplace is not in a central part of the family room and makes for an awkward placement of tv or furniture, would a fireplace be a major selling point for many buyers or can i just completely remove?

We also had to replace the fireplace tile and grout because we couldn't get the urine stains off. 

It has a brick fireplace in the living room.
