I was just up past Laytonville a couple weeks back for the Kate Wolf Music festival.

It is in a very unique area right off the lake where all the summer festivals are.

I lived in a urban duplex with on-street parking for a year. 95% of the time it was no big deal, but if I had to work late and got home after everyone else was already home & parked or it had snowed or there was a weekend parade or festival in the area, it was a HUGE P-I-T-A.

The car in the photo is with the truck and scouted out the area before the truck arrived.I am trying to find out if there was a fair or festival or other outdoor event nearby on Thursday as all of the garbage was from that sort of event.This sort of thing is such a PITA.

I look forward to networking at these meetups very soon, but have tickets to the Oddball Comedy Festival tomorrow in Mountain View and so, am unable to attend as Demetri Martin, Sarah Silverman and Louis CK may be proposing to me after the show.  

My husband has played at the brandon bluegrass festival, ha! 

This will allow people to reserve just a weekend I would raise the price on Memorial day weekend and lower the min stay to 3 or 4 days.I would add increased rates for any 3 day holiday weekends such as EasterLook at events that will be going on in your area, fishing tournaments, festivals etc and add special pricing for those time frames.Could you add gear for ice fishing in the winter to attract winter fisherman?

For us the carrying costs are too high to deal with waiting so whatever is fastest and easy to do.We were supposed to head over to Mountain Home a couple of years ago to work at the Thunder on the Mountain music festival.  

But for me, I allow up to 12 guests (my property is near Coachella festival so this makes sense), I have a 2 day minimum, and I set my "base rate" just below the competition.

We decided to drive north to visit him and his family in Indianapolis for Easter and hopefully catch some of the March Madness festivities and games taking place.
