GSP REI is BornAfter 6 months of extensive due diligence and getting to know each other I decided to partner with Ron in the beginning of September, 2019.

The same can be said for a property hitting the 1% rule that has not been rehabbed extensively.

On top of the extension, we had to continuously ask over and over, and over for updates. 

I've extensively searched online but haven't come across relevant training courses or tutorials.If you have any insights or recommendations on where I could find resources for learning Yardi, I would greatly appreciate it.Thanks for your assistance!
